HTML Header Setting
The HTML header is only relevant to email2fax. Turning on the HTML header results in the HTML file being placed on the first page of the fax.

If the HTML header setting is turned off, the default cover page will be used instead. If the default cover page is used, the body of the email will appear on the second page of the fax.

To change the setting, navigate to portal.rpxfax.com > Administration > Settings > Fax Options > Use HTML Header (Yes or No).

If a customer would like to edit the HTML header file, we can give them our default HTML file. Once changes are made, we can upload the file on the backend.

Cover Page vs HTML Header
HTML header files and cover page files are independent of each other. The cover page editor in our portal is only used for modifying cover pages, not HTML files.
