In the event that an outbound fax fails in the middle of a transmission, our system will reschedule the fax, picking up where it left off instead of retrying the entire fax.
For example, if a 1000 page document is being sent and at the 500-page mark, there is a common hangup error, our system will reschedule the fax to send the remaining 500 pages. When the fax is successfully sent, the sender will see one sent job, while the recipient will see two received jobs.
