- We do not forward from our numbers to external numbers.
- We do allow forwarding to our numbers from external numbers.
- Fax forwarding is helpful if there is an immediate need. In the long-term, we always recommend porting numbers. Fax forwarding increases fax failure rates. When a number is forwarded, we don't have complete control because it includes an external carrier's network.
